Wm. Laubach & Son circa 1900
The Laubach's store as it appeared prior to 1910. The smaller building on the left was the former Hunt building which was acquired by William in 1891. Visible here on the main building is the Victorian architectural design of William Michler the Lafayette graduate and designer of many of Easton's early 20th century buildings. Within a few years of this photo Michler would design the next expansion. The Hunt building would be demolished in 1910 and replaced with an addition that achieved a uniform store front.
