This building still stands on Northampton street in Easton. The windows are boarded up and I have no idea of the condition of the interior. It is such a unique looking and historic building. In my view it would be tragic if it were allowed to completely deteriorate. Fred R. Drake, who was at one time a major in the Easton City Guard, was a key figure in the construction of the armory.
